1. Talent Types Assessment, Four Sections; Relationship Mindset Index, Solution Strategy, Talent Mindset Leadership, and Talent Mindset Growth.

2. ULT2EGO test that measures your Character Leadership.

3. NRG Indicator measures the Mind, Body and Spirit.

Once the assessment are finished you will be directed to our CV-STAND OUT Canvas which will ask you to create your CV-Stand Out Profile which will produce for you our New Century PDF Resume. Please complete the basic information, provide an image that best reflects your professional brand and most especially an email address that is where the PDF Resume will be sent. The PDF Resume will list your professional information on the right side and on the left side the results of the test will be displayed.
